US prosecutors seek drunk-driving death suspect in Peru

Rossignol has seen too many people killed by drunk drivers, including his brother in 1975.

Who Care About Drunk Drivers Families Life Devastation

I make this comment with my heart felt sympathies with the John Eric Troyer’s family. We all agree that Michael Coluccio’s drunk driving tragically resulted in the fatal accident and death of Troyer caused terrible loss and devastated the life of his family members. However on the other hand no one seems to care about the anguish, life devastations stigma that Coluccio’s family members undergoing as the result.

Instead people may say that the drunk drivers family members anguish life devastations if any is nothing in comparison with the Troyers family, which is far from the truth. Suppose if the situation had reversed! Would that been any better to any of these families? Many times the drunk drivers (even their family members) perhaps wishing it would had been better if they had been killed as the result of their drunk driving rather than the other.

The drunk drivers (and their family members) generally agree to the fact that one of their family members drunk driving caused terrible loss life devastation to the other families life. However unfortunately the other family members most probably would not agree if the drunk drivers family says; nevertheless, they can not blame it entirely on the drunk driver alone. He/she is a alcohol vulnerable gullible person, it is primarily the alcohol drink governing bosses greed, misconduct, vested interest has to blame for all the drunk driving accidents!

The DUI laws and its justice system is all about severely punishing the drunk drivers in the name of providing justice to the drunk drivers victims. But the drunk drivers and their families never will get the justice under the existing drunk driving or the DUI perspective.

Perhaps people are not so idiots not to understand the fact that drunk drivers are equally (if not more) are the victims like all those who’s life gets devastated as the result of drunk driving! However no one dares to talk about it. The drunk drivers families told that it is entirely the fault of the drunk driver therefore their side should humbly plead guilty and accept whatever punishment handed over to them.

It is only when drunk drivers and their families specially the "mothers" realize that they themselves are the tragic victims of the alcohol drink governing bosses. Therefore they need fight against such injustice. They should put forward their main demand that before the DUI authorities punishing the people for drunk driving and for the accidents they should first ban all those high alcohol content Standard Alcohol Drinks, which as the alcohol epidemiological research surveys basically points, causes almost all those drunk driving accidents.

Drunk Driving Convictions For Life

DUI convictions can’t be erased

I came across this above titled very interesting article on the matters of Drunk Driving in the <http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071124/NEWS03/711240362/1017/NEWS> by the “Tennessean. Com” staff writer Sheila Burke.

It is about the tough new DUI laws specially proposed by the MADD and it seem to present a mild protest to it on that matter that very much comes out in its readers comments. Here my comments to it.

These drunk driver bashing campaigners (individuals, groups, agencies, organizations), MADD in the forefront, do not care about civil liberties, rights or whatever when it comes to the matters of drunk driving! They entirely blame it on the alcohol vulnerable, gullible people and wants them to be severely punished with whatever vindictive ways they can lay their hands on! So now they intend to make even the first time DUI offenders as the hardened criminals by seeing to it that their DUI Convictions can’t be erased!

On the other hand I am totally astounded at their resilience to remain utterly silent about the alcohol drink governing bosses. Those who license, market those extremely dangerous high-alcohol drinks for the public consumption in the name of “Standard Alcohol Drinks” (SADs). All of which as the alcohol(ism)epidemiological surveys pointing out, causes almost all those drunk driving specially those fatal accidents!

Perhaps their next step in this direction would be to make drinking and driving, whatever low their BAC may be a criminal offense (they already aim at 0.05 BAC) whether or not it makes the driver objectively or scientifically impaired to drive compared to the sober one! So they will become very successful in milking hard the drinking and driving alcohol vulnerable gullible public! So the high-way patrolling and MADD would become a highly profitable business more compatible with the alcohol industry and the alcohol tax revenue collection!

Perhaps people are not so idiots not to understand the fact that drunk drivers are equally (if not more) are the victims like all those who’s life gets devastated as the result of drunk driving! But this perspective does not suit the anti drunk driver campaigners basic interest. So they content that it is entirely the drunk drivers own fault therefore they deserve it!

As long as such extremely dangerous high alcohol drinks SADs licensed and marketed for the public consumption all the drunk driving and its accidents, that tragically kills and devastates millions of peoples lives anually basically going to continue more or less as it is.

Here I would once again repeat to Daniel Dae Kim that I said to Michelle Rodriguez also a ‘lost’ actress in this Weblog a over a month ago, as she was sentenced to six months prison on DUI Related Offence.

Kim, you have a justification or a genuine reason to fight back in regard to this DUI that can even make you world famous. You should contend that it is the “alcohol drink governing bosses”, who are primarily responsible for the peoples DUI incidents accidents!

To see its proof first of all you should go into the drunk driving epidemiological research survey statistics. All of which basically reveals that almost all those drunk driving incidents and most importantly its accidents happens to people who have been consuming the HIGH ALCOHOL CONTENT beverages (that includes the standard “beer” having around 5% alcohol) all of which have been licensed by the alcohol authorities in the named of “Standard alcohol Drinks” (SADs*). On the other hand there are no fundamental research evidences or statistics that basically suggests that the consumption of LOW Alcohol Drinks (LADs) having alcohol around 2% or less results or causes in any of these drunk driving offences specially its accidents!

On this basis you can basically argue that it is primarily due to this “misconduct” of the alcohol authorities licensing such extremely dangerous alcohol drinks for the public consumption that causes peoples drunk driving in people. If the authorities licensed only those “safe” low alcohol content beverages for the public consumption such a drunk driving incident never would have happened to you as well as to thousands of others!

You have been made into a DUI scapegoat like the others in order safeguard the vested interest and the misconduct of the alcohol bosses. Therefore I urge you to come out and fight it out. You have nothing to loose but your DUI shackles.

Cousin of DUI Crash Victim Distributes Red Ribbons For MADD

I came across the news report of the above title in:

To prevent drunk driving one should prevent people from getting drunk in the first place!

Because when people get drunk they become inadvertently or unwittingly SUICIDAL! Drunk driving is just one (kind)of such suicidal result or outcome it can happen only to people who get drunk!

However people who fight against drunk driving mainly condemn the drunk drivers but don’t talk against the drunk!

One of the main reason perhaps they themselves get drunk some times or condone when they see their near dear ones immersed in it!

A Danger of Getting Drunk IS Driving!

DUI Victims Family Mourns During Holiday

This Drunk Driving report by Rob Pratt came in http://www.volunteertv.com/home/headlines/11723531.html on Nov 21 2007 at 6:13 PM. It mainly tells the story about a victim of Drink Driving for this holiday season.

Joan Marie Arrington, 40 mother of two was killed in a crash on Dandridge Pike, less than a mile from her Strawberry Plains home On November 10th.

Roy Wayne Killion Jr., caused the wreck when he came across the center line. He was charged with driving under the influence and vehicular homicide.

First of all my heartfelt sympathies to the DUI victims family for their tragic loss.

However the greatest tragedy of all these DUI deaths and devastations is that it is been entirely blamed on the drunk drivers so the main culprits causing all these DUI remains hidden safely behind and never been brought to justice.

Those hidden culprits are the alcohol drink governing bosses who license, market those extremely dangerous high-alcohol drinks for the public consumption in the name of “Standard Alcohol Drinks” (SADs), all of which as the alcohol(ism) epidemiological surveys pointing out, causes almost all those drunk driving specially those fatal accidents!

Despite these research fact the people in the forefront in the battle against drunk driving entirely blame it on the drunk drivers allowing the alcohol drink bosses to continue with their DUI mayhem.

As long as such extremely dangerous high alcohol drinks SADs licensed and marketed for the public consumption all the drunk driving and its accidents, that tragically kills and devastates millions of peoples life year by year basically going to continue more or less as it is.

Perhaps next year and the next and the next on and on the years …,these drunk driving prevention advocates continue to talk the same about the drunk driving tragedies but basically doing nothing to prevent or to remove the “DUI Drunk driving root-cause”!

Getting a DUI Could Get You on a Billboard

Another politically ambitious prosecutor seeking MADD’s endorsement:

Phoenix, AZ. Nov 19 - Make sure you’re stone cold sober when you leave your holiday get-together or your mugshot could be pasted all over Valley freeways and streets on billboards.

The new billboards are going up just in time for the holiday season.

County Attorney Andrew Thomas says, “The point is don’t commit a dui or you’ll face a number of consequences. You’ll face incarceration, consequences with your driver’s license, and the fact that you could be potentially shamed.”

These drunk driver bashing people (individuals, groups, agencies, organizations) like MADD in the forefront, do not care about civil liberties, rights or whatever when it comes to the matters of drunk driving (DD)! They entirely blames it on the alcohol vulnerable, gullible people and wants them to be punished with whatever vindictive ways that they can lay their hands on! Billboards are the latest devise they want to add into their DUI arsenal.

On the other hand I am totally astounded at their resilience to remain utterly silent about the alcohol drink governing bosses. Those who license, market those extremely dangerous high-alcohol drinks for the public consumption in the name of “Standard Alcohol Drinks” (SADs). All of which as the alcohol(ism)epidemiological surveys pointing out, causes almost all those drunk driving specially those fatal accidents!

SO I ask; why not also collect names of those particular alcohol drink brand mugshots that these drunk drivers have been mainly drinking and put it together in that billboard. And warn people these high alcohol content SADs are extremely dangerous for drinking as they cause various alcohol(ism) problems, most terrible of them all is the drunk driving accidents as they see it!

In addition to these billboard they should include it in their new radio and television public service announcements promoting the Web site. Warn people (like tobacco warning) these alcohol drinks are extremely dangerous or health therefore to avoid them completely. Choose only the safer low-alcohol drinks, which does not lead people into excessive alcohol consumption (its evidence found in the alcohol research) it does not make them highly drunk or intoxicated two three times over the DUI BAC limits as the SADs do. It can significantly prevent not only the drunk driving accidents but the other alcohol(ism)problems as well!

Of course the alcohol drink marketing bosses will vehemently oppose it and most probably the people like MADD would totally ignore such sensible drunk driving prevention approach!

Impaired Driving: Arizona's Deadliest Crimes

But who’s Crime is it ? Can they blame this so called “deadliest crimes” entirely on the alcohol vulnerable, gullible "impaired" drivers?

First of all my question is; what makes them that much impaired in the first place?

Draconian Measures Against Drunk Driving: Prevents It Significantly

I came across this very interesting article titled: ‘The Fight Against Drunk Driving’ (DD), in the “Gotham Gazette” on 19th November 2007, by Aubrey Fox project director of ‘Bronx Community Solutions on the subject matter of “Drunk Driving”, in the following website: http://www.gothamgazette.com/article/crime/20071119/4/2349

This article provides some very comprehensible insights valuable data’s facts, on the crucial matters of DD specially the fatal deaths that occurred over the years.

Overall the author seems to argue that the drunk driving accident mainly the deaths have been significantly reduced over the years due to the stringent DUI measures; such as increasing the legal drinking age from 18 to 21, and decreasing the DUI limit from 0.10 to 0.08 BAC. Also most importantly Stringent restriction on the (repeat) DUI offenders from driving and imposing heavy punishment to the drunk drivers, staunchly advocated by those organization specially the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).

Moreover the relatively recent introduction of advance technology of installation of “Interlock Ignitions Devise” (IID)on the repeat drunk driving offenders vehicles seems to have brought very encouraging results in the prevention of the DD. Following this installation of this IID universally in every vehicles may prove very effective in preventing almost all DD incidents, accidents! However the author’s viewpoint seems to mainly based on the institutions and organizations like “National Highway Traffic Safety Administration” and the “Mothers Against Drunk Driving” (MADD) stand point. They underline the need of such draconian measures that succeeds in terrorizing the alcohol drinkers more and more so to prevent them from drinking or the drunk driving!

Of course such draconian measures can successfully prevent many offence or crimes including the drunk driving significantly. We can see many such different kinds of draconian measures imposed by the governing authorities of dictatorial authoritarian regimes all over the world. They are very successful in preventing many such offences or they like to call as serious crimes! However the majority of it some how still happens, which still continues to devastate the peoples life!

It mainly happens because the root-cause of it very much remains in there totally intact. The greatest irony of all of it is that the Governing authorities on these matters themselves are the protectors of its root-cause in order to safeguard their own self or vested interests.

Nevertheless if it is possible to impose more draconian measures, the DD offence or the crime going to be significantly reduced further more! Let me propose some of it

Increase the drinking age from 21 years to 31 years. One may also include the people over 60 years, people having smaller body size or weight, women etc.

Decrease the DUI limit from 0.08 to 0.05.or perhaps even less!

Universal and compulsory installation of the IID in every vehicle. This is less draconian compared to the above two measures so I may even support it to some extent.

However my alternative proposal (see it in my weblog titled: Proposing A New Standard Alcohol Drinks Licensing Policy http://alcohol-research-misconduct.blogspot.com/2007/11/proposing-new-standard-alcohol-drinks.html) to these above draconian measures is to impose strict restrictions and ban on all those alcohol drinks, which causes all these drunk driving accidents as the alcohol (ism) epidemiological survey points out.

Quebec’s Drunk Driving Bill: O.05% DUI Limit

Quebec City:11-12-2007. - Quebec’s Transport minister has confirmed that she will table a bill in the National Assembly, that would lower the legal DUI offence limit from 0.08% to 0.05% BAC.


Now reducing the legal BAC DUI limit from 0.08 to 0.05% is adding one more weapon into their arsenals. Mostly intended punish the alcohol vulnerable gullible drivers than to really prevent significantly the high drunk driving incidents! No doubt this bill will result in increasing the number of DUI offenders, the previous drink drivers now turned into criminal DUI offenders. Less incentive they have to drink less if caught in drink driving. But I seriously doubt it will have any impact on reducing any substantial number of those “high” (three four times over the legal limit) drunk driving fatal accidents.

The fact is that the drunk drivers are simply the alcohol vulnerable gullible people comming “Under the Influence Alcohol! When they get highly drunk or intoxicated it impairs their ability of judgment thus they become prone or exposed to various dangers and very many times unwittingly fall into the drunk driving and its fatal accidents.

In fact blaming it entirely drunk drivers suits or serves the interest of the alcohol governing bosses very well. Because it becomes very easy for them to shift its blame on the others by beguiling the public by showing those captivating horrific bloody scenes, pictures of the fatal accidents and those tragic deaths that terribly plays with the imaginations, emotions of the public so they totally escape themselves from any of its blames. It totally hides and protects the alcohol bosses own misgivings, misconduct from the public view.

They do it with the help of “people” who are at the forefront of the battle against the drunk driving all of them together can easily fool the public by brainwashing them into following their dogmatic DUI doctrines.

We see them engaging in a highly emotive and vindictive campaign entirely against the drunk drivers making these alcohol beguiled, gullible, vulnerable people into this DUI scapegoats. It totally hides and protects the alcohol bosses own misgivings, misconduct from the public view.

Now let me suggest, why not along side with your lowering the legal BAC DUI limit from 0.08% to 0.05% BAC also impose stringent restriction or total ban on all those alcohol drinks? All those drunk driving accidents caused by these high alcohol content drinks (most popular is the regular beer containing around 5% alcohol) licensed under the name of Standard alcohol Drinks! It is overwhelmingly evident in the alcohol(ism) research epidemiological surveys.

Drunk Driving Ingnition Interlock in Every Vehicle

In this article the author argues in favor of a “drastic” measure to prevent the Drunk Driving (DD). It is to “install Ignition Interlock Devices (IID) in every vehicle operated on United States roadways”.

Here I would like to give my opinion about this particular DD prevention measure. First of all I welcome any rational DD preventions enactments. If it is possible to strictly or mandatorily install such IID in every vehicle then I agree it will definitely prevent most of the drunk driving offences that we see today.

However here I would like to point out some major obstacles, fundamental objection or opposition to it. Most important are the following:

There are vast number of people who don’t drink alcohol at all! Many of them would hate to submit to any such alcohol checking devise installed in their vehicle and vehemently oppose the thing that treats them as drunk (or not) every time before they starts their vehicle. I suspect it would also interfere with these people’s fundamental rights and so on!

People may feel apprehensive about its commercial aspect. Also its regular maintaining cost to keep it in condition especially on those who find these IID absolutely unnecessary for them.

What about installing it in the vehicles of those Very Important People (VIP). We know many of them drunk driving! Presidents, Ministers, Bureaucrats! Don’t they find it insulting so want to be exempted thus creating a big lacuna in the law?

To install IID strictly in every vehicle not only means cars but that includes bikes, trucks and so many other vehicles! So I doubt whether it is going to be a good viable or practical solution.

Nevertheless, if the Gov. authorities able to overcome all these major obstacles and make this IID installation mandatory in every vehicle then I believe it would become a great solution in the prevention of drunk driving.

However the IID mandatory installation in only those “repeat DUI offenders” cars would remain mostly ineffective or window dressing in preventing the DD. Because most of the DD accidents caused not by the repeat offenders. Ironically when they drunk drive they have suspended license and the vehicle does not happens to be a IID installed, probably it is of someone else’s!

Having said this, here I ask your opinion about my drunk driving accidents prevention measure. It is to prohibit all those high-alcohol drinks, that the authorities license in the name of Standard Alcohol Drinks (most popular is the regular beer containing around 5% alcohol), which causes ( as the alcohol epidemiological research points out) almost all drunk driving accidents.

Jenilee Rodriguez Drunk Driving: Results In Her Sons Death

DUI : Who Primarily Responsible for it?


Royal Palm Beach South Florida. 12th Sept. 2007: Jenilee Rodriguez, 25 is the mother, her drunk driving resulted in a fatal accident that killed her 6 year old son Tyrone R. Copper, while returning home.

Now, before people hastily put the entire blame on her let me show its obvious background reasons. First of all she is a alcohol vulnerable gullible person. In an alcohol drinks available situation not always able to resist drinking. It makes her to fall prey to those drinks specifically meant to make people drunk, intoxicated, impaire their body and mind much more over the allowed(BAC) limit. In that condition they are no more able to properly judge or asses the dangers of their action or behavior properly. In one such situation she happed to take her beloved young son home. With the impaired mind she could not see any forthcoming dangers of her driving drunk that unwittingly resulted in that terrible accidents.

Most probably now she is in a terrible mental shock, anguish, torture and filled with extreme guilt that causing her own sons death . She repents and deserves herself to be severely punished.

However no punishment would equals to the suffering the mental anguish torture the nightmare she is already in. It would taunt and haunt her through out her life. If any one devastated by the death of her young boy so much then it must be his mother. She readily would had given her life to save her sons life. Ironically however those alcohol drinks that usually made her drunk ruining her life finally had taken its biggest toll the life of her own son.

While there are thousands individuals, groups, organizations, agency who overwhelmingly sympathize and support the victims of the drunk driving except the drunk drivers. If anything they totally hate them and want them severly punished!

However under this “DUI Drunk Driving: Root Cause” perspective drunk drivers also are the victims like all the others who undergo immense suffering devastations as the result of it specially in such above mentioned cases.

Drunk drivers basically are the victims of “alcohol drinks governing bosses” who in order to safeguard their own “vested interest” (misconduct)and to make the super profit, license and marketing such extremely dangerous high alcohol content drink for the public consumption in the name of “standard alcohol drinks” which causes almost all drunk driving accidents among the alcohol vulnerable gullible people. Jenilee Rodriguez is one among them.

Although the chances are very remote, I am trying to contact, reach Jenilee Rodriquez from this blog or her near dear ones close relatives friends. In memory of the young boy Tyrone R. Copper, please stand up challenge and fight against those alcohol drink governing bosses. They are primarily responsible for her drunk driving which resulted in her young sons death. At least don’t entirely blame it on her. She is mostly the alcohol vulnerable gullible DUI scapegoat.

Latest Drunk Driving Celebrities Under DUI

Friday November, 9, 2007: The latest celebrities drunk driving news is; Mickey Rourke the star of “Sin City”, “Angel Heart” etc, and Rebecca De Mornay best known for her role in the “Risky Business”.

People (individuals, groups, organizations) at the forefront in their battle against the drunk driving say; it is entirely the fault of the drunk drivers and should be severely punished for it! If the celebrities caught doing it then it should be highly publicized. So it helps to make the public aware and to educate them about this terrible drunk driving menace.

Every time when I read such drunk driving news report, I posse the following question relentlessly to all those who blame it entirely on the drunk drivers.

What about all those alcohol drink governing bosses who license and market those extremely dangerous high-alcohol content drinks for public consumption in the name of Standard Alcohol Drinks (SADs), which evidently causes almost all those alcohol(ism) problems especially the drunk driving accidents.

As long as those alcohol bosses license and market such extremely dangerous high alcohol drinks (SADs)for the public consumption such tragic drunk driving accidents devastations mayhems basically going to continue more or less as it is.

Proposing A New Standard Alcohol Drinks Licensing Policy

This is only my suggestion (not a contention or demand) under my DUI Drunk Driving: Root Cause and its prevention perspective. Here I propose: ‘a new standard alcohol drinks licensing policy.

First of all the “distilled spirits” high alcohol drinks should be totally banned for the public consumption in general. However there can be some exemption reserved for some special occasions. Otherwise none of the alcohol drinks licensed for the public consumption in general should contain above 5% alcohol content.

Secondly, wines may be licensed to public consumption Under the strict rule that none of it should contain above 5% alcohol content (This on the one hand save the wine industry also it is to outwit the alcohol bootlegging mafia). By the way all the wines containing above 2% should be taxed twice than the wines containing 2% or less alcohol. However in my opinion in the in the absent of distilled spirits the market for the high-alcohol(5%) content wine will thrive so the demand for it still be huge.

Thirdly, the beers or any other drinks should not contain more than 2% alcohol content. However as I mentioned before it should be given a grand tax exemption. So a unit that contains one alcohol drink in the low-alcohol (2% or less) beer should cost two times less than the same amount of alcohol in the high alcohol content wine. (5 to 2% alcohol). This mainly to encourage people towards drinking these low alcohol drinks and also to see whether people still consume overall the same excessive amount of alcohol (as the authorities used to claim all these years), which they used to do when the high alcohol drinks were made available.

Nevertheless I do not claim that this new standard alcohol drinks licensing policy will completely or substantially prevent or remove the drunk driving accidents. In this regard please read my previous blog post titled: “LADs Success In DUI Prevention: Is A Premature Question”. Perhaps one need to ban any alcohol drinks that contains above 2% alcohol, still perhaps the alcohol DUI accidents may continue!

Nevertheless, given the existing alcohol epidemiological research evidences in this matter, this ‘New Standard Alcohol Drink Licensing Policy’ more likely to substantially to prevent the drunk driving accidents than not!

LADs Success In DUI Prevention: Is A Premature Question

When I contend High-Alcohol Drinks (HADs) cause almost all alcohol drunk driving DUI accidents, perhaps a question preemptively crop up in many peoples mind; ‘how can any one be so sure that on the other hand the Low-Alcohol Drinks(LADs) do not cause any such DUI problems’? What is the guaranty after all that taking all the difficult decisions, measures of banning all the HADs and licensing only the LADs for public consumption would succeed (at least substantially) in removing all those drunk driving accidents? ---To put it in other words; ‘where is the concrete research evidence that proves that the alcohol vulnerable, gullible people in order to prevent the alcohol(ism) DUI problems consuming only the LADs would not loose control (like it happens with their SADs) and consume excessive alcohol consumption that will make their BAC to shoot up to two, three times over the DUI limit and fall into the same tragic alcohol(ism)problems. Most dread full of all is the drunk driving fatal accidents’!

My answer to it is; first of all it is a premature question! Because my actual contention in this matter is; there are overwhelming alcohol epidemiological research evidences that points out that almost all the drunk driving accidents are caused by the high-alcohol drinks (most popular is the standard beer containing around 5% alcohol content in the drink) on the other hand there are absolutely no evidences to prove that the low-alcohol drinks (which contains 2% or less alcohol content in the drink) causing any of the drunk driving accidents!

Despite these above overwhelming research facts, the alcohol authorities (promulgations) basically assert that all alcohol drinks cause alcohol(ism) problems irrespective of the alcohol drink in them high or low. On this basis they continue to license all those HADs, which basically causes all those alcohol(ism) problems and the most dreadful of them is the Drunk Driving fatal accidents. All this I basically allege could be the outcome of the alcohol authorities above mentioned misdeed or the “misconduct”!

Hope I have cleared the misconception or the premature question on my contention about these HADs and the LADs. On this basis I strongly urge all the people and the authorities concerned to urgently look into this matter of Standard Alcohol Drinks Policy before they take any decision and steps on licensing or banning any of those drinks.

Celebrity Star Kiefer Blames His DUI On Autograph Collectors

One can read the above news report in the SFGate < http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/sfgate/submit?blogid=7&entry_id=21598> and in some other web news channels. Here below I give my comment that I sent to them on that report earlier.

Kiefer; If you really want to blame your drunk driving on any one then it should be those “alcohol governing bosses”! First among them is the alcohol(ism) problem research, policy governing authorities who (in order to safeguard their vested interest and “misconduct”) license such extremely dangerous high-alcohol drinks in the name of Standard Alcohol Drinks(most popular is the standard “beer” that contain around 5% alcohol), which cause almost all drunk driving incident and specially the accidents.

Secondly, it should be the alcohol drink manufacturing and marketing industry bosses who in order to gain their super high profit bewitch the public with their marketing campaign that beguiles or captivates the alcohol vulnerable gullible people into consuming those extremely dangerous SADs.

And thirdly the Governments alcohol tax department authorities who collect equally huge sums of tax revenues as their share in this alcohol manufacturing and marketing business. They should be at least paying compensations to all those drunk driving victims.
