US prosecutors seek drunk-driving death suspect in Peru

Came across this drunk driving news report in:
http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/11/28/america/NA-GEN-US-Peru-Fugitive-Student.php

Its main points here below:

Austin, Texas: Authorities in the United States are seeking the extradition of a Peru resident Evelyn Nexxich, 29, who now lives in Lima, Peru. She is accused of being drunk when she caused a fatal car wreck that caused the death of her then-roommate Lindsay Brashier 11 years ago while studying at the University of Texas.

"This is not about revenge," "Her life just needs to be interrupted," ---"she needs a wake-up call." said Brashier's mother, Marilyn Datz of Houston, who has campaigned to bring attention to the case.

It is depressing to see the way the mothers of the drunk driving victims say that they are seeking justice, which is mostly seeking revenge on a alcohol vulnerable gullible, people. While the real culprit the most powerful alcohol drink governing bosses behind the drunk driving go scot-free to continue with it mayhem more and more.

I have explained this matter more in so many of my previous blog post in this month and the last month citing many of the DUI news reports. And most importantly read the following most important papers in my blog WebPages:
