Cousin of DUI Crash Victim Distributes Red Ribbons For MADD

I came across the news report of the above title in:
http://www.khnl.com/Global/story.asp?S=7390427 . I would like to give the same comment that I gave in my earlier post.

To prevent drunk driving one should prevent people from getting drunk in the first place!

Because when people get drunk they become inadvertently or unwittingly SUICIDAL! Drunk driving is just one (kind)of such suicidal result or outcome it can happen only to people who get drunk!

However people who fight against drunk driving mainly condemn the drunk drivers but don’t talk against the drunk!

One of the main reason perhaps they themselves get drunk some times or condone when they see their near dear ones immersed in it!

Of course getting drunk is not a legal offence so no problem! Same way drinking and driving (having the BAC lower than the DUI limit) is also a not offence. However they distribute the MADDs red ribbon with the main message never to drink and drive what is the problem in that drinking?

I have explained this matter more in so many of my previous blog post in this month and the last month citing many of the DUI news reports. And most importantly read the following most important papers in my blog WebPages:
