Hamilton Women Plead Not Guilty of DUI
Gathered from WCPO.COM News Report on 25th Sep. 2007.
On Sept 9th Sarah Welsh from Hamilton drove drunk the wrong way on 1-75, hitting another vehicle head-on.
Jean Marie Smith, of Aurora, Indiana died at the scene.
Gary Henderson, a father of three, suffered critical injuries and is still in the hospital. His family worries that he may lose his leg due to the serious injury and infection.
Welsh, a mother of three and a nurse at Mercy Fairfield Hospital, pleaded not guilty.
The judge set the bond at $200,000.
I suggest Sarah Welsh and to her lawyers or any one interested, to visit most importantly my following web pages so she might get some basic facts about the causes of drunk driving, which are hidden from the public view. It may help her in defense of her not guilty plea.
