Once in a while one gets some sensible news report on the subject matter of drunk driving . I found one such in the above given title by Kathy Maher in the Pacific Dailly News on Guam. Its web address:

It considers drunk driving problem basically related to the alcohol(ism) problem so calls for the authorities to provide intense counseling treatment to the affected people towards its prevention.
