Barve, House Majority Lerader Faces DUI Charge

Barve, supporter of strict drunken-driving laws, himself arrested for Drunk Driving

He was one of the sponsors of a 2001 bill that changed the state’s legal blood-alcohol level for drivers from 0.10 to0.08.

Came across this drunk driving news report in:
http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/local/bal-md.barve01dec01,0,5109456.story?coll=bal-education-k12

What’s would be the next political move of Barve? Propose a far more stricter bill that would reduce the state’s legal BAC levels for drivers from 0.08 to 0.05 !
Of course the DUI law makers should be given exemption from this law keeping in mind their contribution to it. Also all the pending DUI charges on any of them should be immediately withdrawn to make them free to bring more stricter drink driving bills. Oh wait! How about raising the legal drinking age from the present 21years to 31 years in the coming years? –Think about it…!

Excuse me for my above sarcasm fill comments to express my disgust on such hypocrite DUI law makers!

However my I have explained my real perspective on this entire DUI matter basically in so many of my previous blog post in this month and the last months citing many of the DUI news reports. And most importantly read the following most important papers in my blog WebPages:
