William Connor’s 9th DUI : Pleads Not Guilty

Came across this news report on the drunk driving matters in

I do not know on what ground Connor or his lawyer depends him being not guilty of this DUI offence. However there is a genuine reason or justification that I can show to him that he is basically not guilty of that offence.

The real culprits behind all those drunk driving/accidents are those alcohol drink governing bosses, who license and market those drunk driving causing high amount of alcohol drug (around and above 5%) containing drinks, and ENTICE the public to consume it, which causes almost all those alcohol(ism) problems including the drunk driving/accidents specially the alcohol(ism) vulnerable, gullible people like him.
