On the matters of his DUI arrest the Gaints Adrian Awasom should know the most important following fact. The alcohol epidemiological research surveys basically point to the fact that almost all those DUI drunk driving incidents accidents caused by those extremely dangerous high alcohol drink containing around and above 5% alcohol, which the authorities license in the name of Standard Alcohol Drinks. On the other hand there are no research evidence that the consumption low-alcohol drinks (preferable containing around and below 2% alcohol) causing any such drunk driving/accidents problems.

Therefore the root-cause of all those drunk driving/accident is the "wrongdoing" of the alcohol authorities who are basically mislead the public with their preposterous promulgations claming that ‘all alcohol drinks irrespective of the alcohol content in them high or low some how equally cause the alcohol(ism) problems’, which is contrary to the research evidence that I just pointed above therefore it is a serious "misconduct" on their part.

The authorities entice the drinkers into consuming those high-alcohol drinking mainly by the fact of licensing it. As a result of consuming these high-alcohol drug containing drinks the alcohol vulnerable gullible people fall victims to many serious alcoholism problems including the drunk driving/accidents.

Sadly however, people including those charged with the DUI offense may not agree with my position ! Ironically by the way of not agreeing with it provides the authorities their much needed justification propaganda of putting the entire blame on the drunk drivers, making them the DUI scapegoat in order to hide their own alcohol research misconduct.

People fallen into the drunk driving as a whole should finally realize that it is authorities licensing of those drunk driving causing high alcohol standard drinks primarily responsible for it. Therefore they needs to wake up and fight against the authorities this misconduct in this entire DUI propaganda issue. They have nothing to loose but their DUI shackles.
