Isais Denova Given 18 Years for Fatal DUI Crash

This entire drunk driving incidents never had happened in the first place in which Emanuel Hernandez, 16 and his sister, Mayra Vega, 18, got killed and Isais Denova, 28 sentenced to 18 years for killing them! Both their close family members would not had to undergo its extreme grief, torments and the life devastations, “IF” the authorities have not licensed those extremely drunk driving causing high-alcohol drinks for the public consumption.

I say this on the basis of the available alcohol epidemiological research survey evidences on this matter, which overwhelmingly points to the fact that almost all drunk driving especially its accidents caused by the people drinking those high alcohol drug (having around and above 5%) content drinks which the alcohol authorities license for the public consumption in the name of ‘Standard Alcohol Drinks’ most popular are the regular beer containing around 5% alcohol, which treacherously lead the people into excessive alcohol consumption thus into several alcohol(ism) problems including the drunk driving/accidents! On the other hand there are no such research evidence that points out that the low-alcohol drinks (preferably having around and below 2% alcohol) causing any of those problems.

However the authorities license those high alcohol drinks claiming all alcohol drinks irrespective of the alcohol content in them high or low some how equally or potentially causes the alcohol(ism) problems including the drunk driving/accidents without having any concrete research evidence to prove their claims. Therefore legally it becomes a serious “misconduct” on their part.

Therefore the root-cause of drunk driving/accidents lies in the “misconduct”, “vested interest” of the alcohol drink Governing Bosses. They are the real culprits behind, doing it to procure their high alcohol profit and the fringe benefit that it provides at its trails.

As long as they continue to license and market those extremely dangerous standard alcohol drinks those DUI mayhem will continue more or less much the same!
