Drunk drivers have more rights than their victims

Came across this drunk driving victims news report of the above title in

Here I would mainly like to give my comments on it in the following:

“Drunk drivers have more rights than their victims”? ---Same can be said about people who are in the death row or any one charged or convicted of crimes!

But what “IF” the real culprit or the bosses behind a widespread crime who beguile vast numbers of vulnerable people to commit all those crimes for their vested interest? ---You may be surprised to know that they get totally exonerated from the crime and let Scot-free to carry on with their crime! Because they are above the law!

This is what exactly happening in all those Drunk driving Cases.
