Michelle Rodriguez DUI Related Offences: Have A Justification

LOS ANGELES: Michelle Rodriguez 29, former ‘Lost’ actress has been sentenced to six months in jail on Wednesday (10-10-2007) for violating probation stemming from a string of DUI or the drunk driving offences.

She Admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of community service and by consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device", Los Angeles city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said.

She was also ordered to have alcohol rehabilitation treatment for 30 days, do 30 days of community service and stay on probation until June 2009. She must report to jail to begin her sentence by December 24, the Los Angeles city attorney's office said.

Rodriguez have a genuine reason to fight back in regard to her DUI that can even make her world famous. On the basis of "DUI Drunk Driving: Root-Cause” perspective she can point out that it is the alcohol authorities who are primarily responsible for the peoples DUI incidents accidents!

To have this justification first of all she should know that the drunk driving epidemiological research survey statistics reveals that almost all those drunk driving incidents and most importantly its accidents happens to people who have been consuming the HIGH ALCOHOL CONTENT beverages (that includes the standard “beer” having around 5% alcohol- that probably she was drinking at that time) all of which have been licensed by the authorities in the named of “Standard alcohol Drinks” (SADs*). On the other hand there are no fundamental research evidences or statistics that basically suggests that the consumption of LOW Alcohol Drinks (LADs) having alcohol around 2% or less results or causes in any of these drunk driving offences specially its accidents!

On this basis Michelle Rodriguez can argue that it is primarily due to this irresponsibility or misconduct of the authorities licensing such extremely dangerous or “unsafe” SADs for the public consumption that caused her and all the others drunk driving. If the authorities licensed only those “safe” low alcohol content beverages for the public consumption such a drunk driving incident never would have happened to her!
