Trish Gore’s DUI Bills: Should Pursue This Line

Came across this DUI news report under the title “ Groe’s DUI bills serving her agenda” in: http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/opinions/articles/0219tuelets197.html
I choose it today for my comment on the prevention of alcohol(ism)DUI problems.


People have been made to understand that having legally “HIGH” BAC levels (0.8 and above) and driving is a offence because it can potentially cause the accidents. Then why not licensing and marketing those high alcohol drinks also an offence? Because all those alcohol epidemiological research surveys basically points to the fact that that almost all alcohol(ism) problems caused by the alcohol drinks having HIGH around and above 5% alcohol content!

Having herself a DUI conviction and the arrest, it would be more appropriate for the State Rep. Trish Groe to pursue this line.
