Benito Tojen faces 35 years in prison. For DUI Manslaghter.

I came across this tragic drunk driving report in < http://www.winknews.com/news/local/12676952.html> . Its about a Lee county man named Benuito Tojen found guilty of DUI Manslaghter in the death of a 10 year old girl named Charely Ortiz , her family still recovering from the physical injuries and pain of losing a daughter and sister.

Charely Ortiz this innocent young and beautiful smiling girl never would have got killed and Benito Tojen would not have become guilty of the DUI manslaughter, in other words this entire drunk driving never would had happened at all so both their close family members would not had to undergo its extreme grief, torments and the life devastation IF the authorities have not licensed those drunk driving causing high-alcohol drinks for the public consumption.

I say this on the basis of the available alcohol epidemiological research evidences. There are absolutely no alcohol epidemiological evidences that can suggest that all (or low) alcohol drinks cause the drunk driving accidents!

In fact all the alcohol epidemiological evidences on this matter overwhelmingly suggest that almost all drunk driving especially its accidents caused by the people drinking those extremely dangerous high-alcohol drinks, which the alcohol authorities license for the public consumption in the name of ‘Standard Alcohol Drinks’ most popular are the regular beer containing around 5% alcohol, which treacherously lead the people into excessive alcohol consumption thus into several alcohol(ism) problems including the drunk driving!

On the other hand there are NO alcohol epidemiological survey or research evidence that fundamentally suggests that the low-alcohol drinks having 2% or less alcohol leads people into excessive alcohol consumption and in to those serious alcohol(ism) problems particularly into the drunk driving accidents.
Since more than eight years I am challenging the concerned alcohol authorities to disprove it but so far they have maintained total silent over this issue most probably because they do not have any concrete research evidences to refute it.

If the alcohol authorities licensed only the low-alcohol drinks for the public consumption, people like Benito Tojen would still have enjoyed the pleasures of their alcohol drinking more or less the same, however most probably they would not have unwittingly fallen into such excessive alcohol consumption and into this serious alcohol impaired (drunk) driving accidents and the innocent people like Charely Ortiz would not had lost their life to it.

The root-cause of drunk driving lies in the “misconduct”, “vested interest” of the alcohol drink Governing Bosses. As long as they continue to license and market those extremely dangerous high alcohol content drinks for the public consumption in the name of standard alcohol drinks those DUI mayhem will continue more or less much the same!

Drunk drivers like Benito Tojen are the alcohol vulnerable, gullible people Beguiled into consuming drinks containing such high amount of alcohol drug in order to obtain the super high profit of the bosses and in turn made into the DUI scapegoats.
